Buffalo  Chicken Pinwheels

These Buffalo chicken pinwheels are an easy-to-eat and easy-to-make way to indulge in spicy buffalo chicken flavor without the mess of traditional wings. 

INGREDIENTS

- Chicken - Cream cheese - Chives scallions or green onions - Hot sauce adjust amount according to your preference - Small corn tortillas

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, chives, and hot sauce. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 2

Lay out one corn tortilla on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the chicken and cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 3

Once all the tortillas are rolled, you can slice them into pinwheels. Use a sharp knife and cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick slices.

Step 4

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow them to firm up before serving.
