Chicken Meatloaf

This moist and flavorful chicken meatloaf recipe includes aromatics, herbs, spices, and parmesan cheese for a taste you won’t believe. 

INGREDIENTS

MEATLOAF: - Ground chicken - Panko breadcrumbs - Milk - Parmesan cheese - Parsley - Onion - Garlic - Egg

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Step 2

Combine the ground chicken and the remaining loaf ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and use a spatula or your hands to shape it into a loaf.

Step 4

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze. Brush some of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
