- Sweet potato puree - Semi skimmed milk - Unsalted butter - Eggs - Dark chocolate chips - Molasses - Cinnamon - Self-raising flour
Add flour into a large bowl and make a hole in the center. Slowly whisk the milk mixture into the flour to make a batter and don't worry if there are some lumps.
Then stir in the sweet potato till mixed. Cook waffles according to your machine’s instructions until all the batter is finished. Repeat until all the mixture is finished.
