Crockpot  Mashed Potatoes

Crockpot mashed potatoes are lusciously creamy and oh-so satisfying! You’ll want to make these easy slow Cooker mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and regular weeknight dinners.

INGREDIENTS

- Russet or Yukon gold potatoes - Low sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth - Unsalted butter - Cream cheese - Heavy cream - Salt and pepper

Step 1

Lightly oil crockpot insert with olive oil, cooking spray, or butter.

Step 2

Add the potato cubes and vegetable broth, cover and cook on high for about 4 hours.

Step 3

Drain the excess broth, leaving the potatoes inside the crockpot.

Step 4

Add in the butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper and then mash into your desired consistency.
