Pea Salad  Recipe

Creamy Pea Salad is truly tasty and soooo easy to make. A no-fuss, low-carb side dish that is perfect for those busy midweek meals.

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE PEA SALAD: - Green peas fresh - Bacon cubes or pancetta - Cheddar cheese - Red onion FOR THE SOUR CREAM DRESSING: - Sour cream - Half fat mayonnaise - Cider vinegar - Paprika - Salt

Step 1

Combine peas, bacon, grated cheese and red onion.

Step 2

Mix together salad dressing ingredients.

Step 3

Add as much of the dressing as you want to the salad and mix until combined.

Step 4

Serve with client name Cornish pasties.
