Grilled Lamb Kabobs

Packed full of flavor that looks equally good served up for entertaining but just as simple for weeknights, lunch boxes, and more.

Pretty much take out of the camping container and throw on the grill. And serve simply with a light salad and fresh veggies.

INGREDIENTS

lamb vegetable oil garlic purée lemon juice oregano cinnamon cumin

Step 1

Place all the marinade ingredients in a large, shallow bowl.

Step 2

Add the lamb, toss to coat, cover and marinate in the fridge for up to two hours, or overnight if time allows.

Soak 6 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Thread pieces of lamb onto the skewers.

Step 3

Cook under a preheated grill or on a prepared barbecue for 12-16 minutes, turning occasionally or until any meat juices run clear.
