Grilled  Peaches

If you are looking for a sweet summer treat, try grilled peaches. Grilling peaches brings out their natural sweetness and turns them into a tasty seasonal side dish or dessert.

INGREDIENTS

- Ripe peaches - Maple syrup - Oil optional for grilling To serve: - Chopped walnuts - Ice cream

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.

Step 2

Place the peaches flesh side down and grill for about 4 minutes. Turn the peaches skin side down and then drizzle with maple syrup.

Step 3

Grill for another 4-6 minutes until soft. Larger peaches may need a few more minutes.

Step 4

Remove and serve with ice cream and chopped walnuts.
