- Buttermilk - Hot sauce Frank’s Red Hot or Louisiana sauce - Garlic - Chicken thighs - Vegetable oil for frying - All-purpose flour - Cornstarch - Garlic powder - Onion powder
Combine buttermilk, hot sauce and garlic in a large bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to 6 hours.
