- 6 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C / gas mark 6.
Place shucked corn on the cob on a square of foil.
Add a small pat of butter on top and season as desired.
Wrap the foil around the corn to form a parcel.
Bake for 17-25 minutes or until warm, turning halfway through cooking. Time may vary slightly depending on the size of the corn.
Let the corn stand a few minutes to cool down before serving.
- Remove the husks and silks before placing the corn in the oven.
- You can place the corn directly on the oven grates or wrap them in aluminum foil if you prefer.
- The corn kernels will plump slightly and turn bright yellow as the corn cooks.
- Turning halfway through cooking will help the corn to heat evenly.
