Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees.
Place the Italian sausages into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Turn halfway through cooking.
Remove the sausages and allow them to cool slightly. Discard the casings and chop the sausage into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausages with the bread cubes, vegetables, melted butter, cranberries, garlic powder, dried onions, chopped sage, and Italian seasoning.
Slowly add the broth, mixing the ingredients until the mixture is just moist but not wet. You may need additional broth, up to 1 cup total.
Place the stuffing mixture into an air fryer safe baking dish. Place the dish into the air fryer tray for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
Make sure you have a dish that fits inside your air fryer basket.
Air fry the sausage before adding it to the mixture.
Cube the bread into small, bite-sized pieces.
You can saute the celery and onion before adding to the stuffing if you prefer it to be a bit more tender.
Make the stuffing mix in advance for easy meal prep.
Melt the butter before adding it to the stuffing mixture.
If the stuffing is dry, add more chicken stock.
Serve with sweet potatoes for a yummy Thanksgiving dinner.
Spritz the top of the stuffing with olive oil or cooking spray to help it brown better in the air fryer.
Storage - keep in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 4 days.
