- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small bowl or mason jar, combine the olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, lemon juice.
Whisk or shake until well combined.
- Don’t use your fancy olive oil. You want something light that binds the dressing without overwhelming the flavor.
- Pour all ingredients into a mason jar, cover and shake to make this honey mustard salad dressing in seconds.
- Experiment with dijon, yellow and grainy mustard to find a flavor combination you love.
- Easily double or triple the recipe.
- Replace the lemon juice with apple cider vinegar or a combination of lemon and vinegar.
- Fresh lemon juice has a superior flavor to bottled lemon juice.
- Whisk in a little sour cream or plain, unsweetened yogurt for a thick, creamy dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Storage - store in an airtight container in the fridge for several weeks.
- There are 3 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
