Ingredients

  • 130 g (1.5 cup) gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 pear diced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 625 ml (2.5 cup) almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 1 stick cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and mix.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs.
  • Serve topped with toasted nuts, seeds and fruit.
