This rocket hummus (arugula hummus) is an easy but tasty summer treat suitable for vegans.

Ingredients

g (14oz)
tin chickpeas
drained and rinsed

olive oil

tbsp
water
Juice from 1.5 lemons
1.5
tbsp
light tahini

g (2oz)
rocket
arugula
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz into a paste.
Check for seasoning and add extra lemon juice if necessary.
Transfer into a dish and top with some toasted seeds and salad cress and serve
