Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 clementines
  • 1 L (4 cups) pear juice
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 clementine sliced
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 6 slices of ginger

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a pot, bring to simmer over low heat and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Switch off heat and then let steep for about 10 mins.
  • Discard spices, warm up and serve.
