Mulled Pear Juice
A mulled Pear Juice with Clementine

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
- Juice of 2 clementines
- 1 L (4 cups) pear juice
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 clementine sliced
- 4 cloves
- 4 cardamom pods
- 6 slices of ginger
Add all the ingredients to a pot, bring to simmer over low heat and simmer for 10 mins.
Switch off heat and then let steep for about 10 mins.
Discard spices, warm up and serve.

- Feel free to add in a bit more clementine juice or pear juice.
- You can also add in more citrus fruits like orange or grapefruit juice
- Vary the spices you add in according to your pantry staples.
