Ingredients

For the marinated strawberries:

  • 300 g (10.5oz) fruit chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped mint

For the granola bowls:

  • 600 ml (2.5 cups) coconut yoghurt
  • 120 g (4.2oz) granola (I used Wilde Nuts granola)
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

To make the marinated fruit:

  • Add the fruits, the maple syrup and the lemon juice into a bowl, mix well, lightly mash a few fruits with a fork, and let them marinate for about 20 mins in the fridge.

Assemble to granola breakfast bowls:

  • Assemble the bowls starting with the coconut yoghurt, followed by the granola, fruits and sesame seeds before serving.
