Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches peeled and stoned
  • 1/2 tsp matcha
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 240 ml 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 peeled banana
  • Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together and serve.

Notes

You can use tinned peaches instead. Feel to use half coconut yoghurt and half water instead. Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
