Dairy Free Almond Banana Ice Cream in My Kenwood Kmix Blender
A dairy free almond banana ice cream - perfect for the summer months.

Ingredients

large bananas
120
ml
(1/2 cup) almond milk chilled
1
heaped tbsp almond butter
1
tbsp
maple syrup
optional
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Peel bananas and cut them into small pieces.
Lay them in a single layer on a lined tray and freeze them for about 3 hours until frozen through.
Add bananas and all other ingredients into your blender and blend away.
You will probably have to stop the blender a couple of times to scrap down the sides or give the mix a quick stir before blending again.
Serve immediately in chilled bowls - soft serve or freeze and eat later.
