5 Minutes Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 - 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine.
  • Serve straight away or chill until needed.

Notes

  • It is best to chill this ranch dip for an hour or 2 for the flavor to develop before serving. So do factor this in if planning to serve to guests.
  • You may need to add salt depending on how much salt your seasoning has.
  • Swap the sharpness - use vinegar if you don't have lemon.
  • Add heat  –  add in some red pepper, jalapeños, or some fresh chili.
  • Swap the yogurt –  replace the full-fat greek yogurt with half-fat yogurt or dairy-free yogurt.
  • Add garlic - some fresh minced garlic adds a lot of flavor.
  • Storage - keep in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 4 days.
