Breakfast Berry Smoothie
A refreshing and filling breakfast berry smoothie

Ingredients
200
g
(1 1/4 cup) berries
2
bananas peeled
120-240
ml
(1/2-1 cup) milk
120
ml
(1/2 cup) Total Greek yoghurt
1
tsp
lemon juice
Honey to taste
optional
6
tbsp
cooked oats
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
Top with some berries and serve.
Notes
I like thick smoothies so I use about 120ml of milk but add more for a more liquid smoothie.
