Breakfast Berry Smoothie

A refreshing and filling breakfast berry smoothie
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 200 g (1 1/4 cup) berries
  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 120-240 ml (1/2-1 cup) milk
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) Total Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Honey to taste optional
  • 6 tbsp cooked oats

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
  • Top with some berries and serve.

Notes

I like thick smoothies so I use about 120ml of milk but add more for a more liquid smoothie.
