large ripe avocadoes
1/4
red onion
peeled and very finely diced
1/4
jalapeno
deseeded and finely diced
1/4
teaspoon
adobo chili powder

tablespoon
finely chopped cilantro
corinader

tablespoon
lime juice or to taste
Salt
Ground black pepper
Instructions
Peel avocados, de-stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash them to your desired consistency.
Mix in the onion, adobo chili powder, jalapeno, lime cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
Adjust seasoning and then serve.
Notes
Feel free to omit or start with a lot less chilli.
