Homemade Guacamole

Homemade guacamole is better than anything you'll ever buy in the store

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocadoes
  • 1/4 red onion peeled and very finely diced
  • 1/4 jalapeno deseeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon adobo chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro corinader
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel avocados, de-stone and scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash them to your desired consistency.
  • Mix in the onion, adobo chili powder, jalapeno, lime cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Adjust seasoning and then serve.

Notes

Feel free to omit or start with a lot less chilli.
