Strawberry blueberry smoothie
This strawberry blueberry smoothie takes less than 5 mins to whip up.

For the smoothie:
- 250 g (8.8oz) frozen raspberry and strawberries
- 3 bananas peeled
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 240 ml (1 cup) cold milk
- 60 ml (0.25 cup) peach juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Blueberries seeds, pistachio nuts and rose petals
Add all the smoothie ingredients into a high-powered blender and whiz until nice and smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 bowls and top with the berries, seeds, nuts and rose petals and serve.
