Ingredients

For the smoothie:

  • 250 g (8.8oz) frozen raspberry and strawberries
  • 3 bananas peeled
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 240 ml (1 cup) cold milk
  • 60 ml (0.25 cup) peach juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:

  • Blueberries seeds, pistachio nuts and rose petals

Instructions

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a high-powered blender and whiz until nice and smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 bowls and top with the berries, seeds, nuts and rose petals and serve.
