Notes
If you have time, soak the blanched almonds overnight or for a few hours. This makes them easier to blend and enhances their creaminess in the smoothie.
Start by blending the spinach and coconut water first to ensure the spinach is finely blended. Then add the frozen ingredients for a smoother consistency.
If the smoothie seems too thick, add a bit more coconut water. If it's too thin, toss in a few more frozen blueberries or another handful of spinach.
