Instant Pot Baked Potatoes

You will love how easy it is to make potatoes in your Instant Pot in just a few mins.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes scrubbed
  • 250 ml 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Add water to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  • Add in the steaming rack. Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place them on the rack.
  • Cover and seal the Instant Pot
  • Select the steam programme, press the 'adjust' button until you get 12 mins and let cook till done.
  • Allow the Instant Pot pressure to reduce naturally, this may take about 15 mins.
  • Open, remove the potatoes and serve.

Notes

Tips
 To cook different-sized potatoes, use the following time under pressure:
  • 10 mins for small potatoes
  • 12 mins for medium potatoes
  • 20 mins for large potatoes
If you want crispy skin then rub oil on skin, salt it and bake in a hot oven for up to 10 mins.
