Instant Pot Broccoli Tips

  • If you want softer broccoli or if you prefer bigger florets you can set the time for 1 min under high pressure.
  • For a super-nutritious drink, save the cooking water, chill it in the fridge and drink it. I know this may sound a bit strange, but it actually does taste good and it is full of all the good vitamins and minerals extracted from the steamed broccoli during the cooking process.
  • The total cook time does not include the time it takes for the Instant Pot to get to pressure and the time for the natural pressure release.
