  • 12 slices of streaky bacon smoked or unsmoked

How To Make Bacon in Air Fryer

  • Preheat air fryer to 350F / 180C.
  • Place bacon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. To cook all 12 slices you will need to fry the bacon in two batches.
  • Cook for 8-12 mins, turn the slices over half way through the cook time.
  • If you want your bacon less crispy, then cook it for a couple mins less.
  • Thicker cuts of bacon may need more time.

  • I used streaky smoked bacon, but you can select any style or cut of bacon you like. Try making some Applewood smoked bacon or even candied bacon for a sweet and salty treat (see more on this below).
  • After frying the first batch, clean out the drip tray to avoid smoking.
