Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and fluffy inside.
- 3 russet potatoes
- 2 tsp oil
Preheat the air fryer to 390F (200C).
Scrub potatoes and pat to dry and use a fork to poke holes in the potatoes.
Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 30 mins.
Open the air fryer, turn potatoes and cook for another 15-30 mins, until they are soft inside and crispy outside. Note: if the potatoes are large, you may need to cook them for a further 10 mins.

- To get the skins nicely crispy, it is important to make sure your potatoes are totally dry before rubbing with oil and salt.
- The air fryer gets super hot, so use tongs or two spoons to remove the cooked potatoes.
- For extra great flavor, seasoning the outside of the potatoes with garlic powder, rosemary and parsley before cooking.
