1.5cupfrozen veggies(I used sweet corn and peas)
2green onions(spring onions), sliced
1tspsesame oil
1tspvegetable oil
1tbspchili sauceoptional

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Then transfer to a non-stick pan that fits inside the air fryer basket.
Cook for 20 mins, stirring the rice mixture a couple of times during cooking.

Tips for Making Fried Rice in the Air Fryer
You can easily make this fried rice with turkey or pork instead of chicken, or skip the meat all together.
Use any combination of veggies you like! I used sweet corn and peas, but try it with whatever you have available. Broccoli, string beans and diced bell peppers are all good options.
For those not following a gluten-free diet, feel free to use regular soy sauce instead of tamari.
Making this for the kiddoes, or anyone who doesn’t like heat? You can omit the chili sauce.
If you don't mix the fried rice during cooking, you will end up with crunchy rice on top (which I happen to quite like!).
