Open the salmon tins, drain and remove any bones (you can also leave them in if you prefer. I personally like the bones).
Add to bowl along with rest of ingredients.
Mix and form into 6 uniformly sized patties.
Place on baking tray and spray lightly with low calorie spray.
Bake for 15-20 mins.

Tips For Making Baked Salmon Patties
Make sure to form salmon patties that are equal size so they will cook evenly and at the same rate.
Feel free to change up the flavours to suit your taste. Swap the Thai curry paste for Old Bay Seasoning. Or add in some fresh chopped dill and thyme instead of cilantro.
You can easily serve these salmon patties as an appetiser by forming smaller bite-sized patties.
