Crispy Air Fryer Okra
This recipe for okra in air fryer is deliciously satisfying and perfect for the whole family!

Air Fryer Okra Ingredients:
- 9 ounces (250g) Okra
- 3/4 cup (50g) Gluten Free panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
- 1 Egg
Breaded Okra In Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 350 F / 180 C.
Wash the okra and pat dry.
Remove the ends of the okra, but do not cut into it.
In a bowl, beat the egg.
In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, coriander and salt.
Then, dip the okra into the egg wash and let some of the excess drip off.
next dip the okra into the panko mixture, turning over until well coated. Set coated okra aside on a tray or plate and continue until done.
Place okra in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 mins per side. Use tongs to turn and cook for an additional 5-6 mins until done (bigger and tougher okra may take a little longer).
Fried Okra In Air Fryer Tips
- Make sure to that there is enough space in between the okra when air frying. If needed, you can prep and cook the okra in batches.
- Don’t let the okra sit in the breading or it will get soggy.
