Easy Homemade Poultry Seasoning Mix
A homemade blend of herbs and spices for seasoning chicken and turkey.

- 3 tablespoons sage dried
- 1 ½ tablespoons rosemary dried
- 1 ½ tablespoons thyme dried
- 1 tablespoon marjoram dried
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander (optional, but I love it) optional
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Use fresh herbs and spices. Toss any old spices in your cabinet.

Feel free to add a teaspoon more or less of herbs or spices to your taste.

Go easy on the seasoning, start with less than you think you need, and add more to taste.

This makes an awesome spice rub and works great on chicken, pork, and shrimp.

Allow the meat or veggies to marinate for 30 minutes or so before cooking in a skillet, Instant Pot, Air Fryer, or oven.

Sometimes it is easier to mix the seasoning with some oil and make a paste before rubbing on.
