- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Opened herbs and spices should be replaced every 6 months or so.
- Dried herbs will work better than fresh herbs for this recipe.
- Don’t make more steak seasoning than you plan to use in a few months.
