Ingredients

Herbs And Spices

  • 3 tablespoons salt flakes
  • 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

  • Add spices to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Store in an airtight spice jar for up to 6 months.

  • Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Opened herbs and spices should be replaced every 6 months or so.
  • Dried herbs will work better than fresh herbs for this recipe.
  • Don’t make more steak seasoning than you plan to use in a few months.
  • Double or triple the recipe depending on how often you use this. Give homemade spice blends as a gift.
  • Vary the ingredients and the measurements to your preference.
  • Omit the salt for a salt-free version.
