Combine marshmallows, butter, and orange food coloring in a large saucepan and melt on medium heat.
Once melted, add in the cereal in batches, stirring to combine before adding more.
Remove from heat and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, then roll the mixture into 10 individual balls, making sure to spray your hands with oil between forming each ball, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Place a mini Rolo candy on top for the pumpkin stem, and pipe on green icing leaves.
Notes
You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
Spray your hand with cooking spray between rolling the pumpkin balls to reduce the chance of them sticking to your hand.
