Ingredients

  • 2 cups (256g) all-purpose flour plus more for dusting work surface
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups (490g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

To make in the air fryer;

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the Greek yogurt until combined, then shape dough into a round ball and transfer to a lightly floured surface.
  • Split the dough into 8 smaller portions, then roll each into a 9-inch rope. Form each rope into a circle and pinch edges to create a bagel.
  • Brush bagels with egg wash and top with the everything bagel seasoning.
  • Add the bagels into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook about 10-11 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.

To bake in the oven;

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
  • Brush with egg wash and top with the everything bagel seasoning.
  • Place bagels on a lightly oiled and lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden.

Notes

  • To avoid sticking, use parchment paper or a Silpat on your baking sheet.
  • Leave space between the bagels to allow them room to expand. If your air fryer is small, bake them in multiple batches.
  • Be sure to use Greek yogurt and drain any excess liquid from the yogurt.
  • Easily double or triple the recipe to make more.
  • If your dough is too wet add more flour. If it’s too dry, add more yogurt.
  • Storage - keep in an airtight container for 5 days.
  • There are 4 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in a serving.
