Ingredients

  • 2 cups (320g) White chocolate chips
  • 20 Vanilla Oreos
  • Candy sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • Place the white chocolate chips in a bowl and melt in the microwave using 30-second intervals.
  • Using a fork, dip the cookies into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Decorate with candy sprinkles and place into the fridge for 30-45 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

  • Melt the chocolate slowly. This will prevent the chocolate from burning or breaking. Melt in 30-second increments, whisking until smooth.
  • Add the decorations to the cookies before the chocolate coating sets.
  • For easy dipping and serving, stick a popsicle or lollipop stick into the cookie filling before coating in chocolate to create super fun Oreo Pops!
  • Fill a small bowl with sprinkles and dip half of the cookie into the sprinkles to decorate.
