  • Cook for 3-5 minutes (for thin fries), turning halfway through cooking.
  • When fries are hot and crisped up to your liking, remove and serve.

  • Preheat the oven to 450F / 230C.
  • Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes (for thin fries), turning halfway through cooking.
  • Once fries are hot and crispy, remove and serve.

Reheating Fries in a Skillet

  • Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a skillet (cast iron works the best).
  • When the oil is hot, toss in your fries.
  • Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  • As soon as the fries are heated through and crispy, remove and serve.
