3Fish Filletsthat have already been battered and fried
Instructions
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 320F / 160C.
Place fish fillets in the airfryer basket or tray, being careful to leave space beteween them.
Reheat for 5-7 minutes, carefully turning over halfway through the cooking time.
Microwave Method:
Place the fish on a paper towel-lined plate.
Heat the fish in 30-second increments, turning each time, until the fish is heated through.
Oven Method:
Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C and place the fish on a baking sheet.
Heat the fish for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
For extra crispy fish, reheat it on an oven-safe wire rack.
Notes
Reheat pieces that are similar in size together. If the size varies greatly, reheat them in batches.
Leave space between the fish fillets so air can circulate around them.
If the coating is already oily, you do not need to use extra oil.
For fish with a drier coating, you may want to use a light spritz of oil before reheating.
Gently turn the fish over halfway through cooking, being careful it doesn't break.
Reheat leftover fish until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F / 63C.
Do not reheat fried fish more than once.
The cooking times listed are a guide, as air fryer temperatures can vary depending on the make and model. I recommend starting out with less time, using a meat thermometer to check for doneness, then adding more time if needed.
Storage - keep leftover fried fish in the fridge for 2 days, or freeze for up to a month. Do not store fried fish that has been reheated.
