Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees F / 170 degrees C.
Wrap ham in aluminum foil, making sure the overlapping foil sheets are on the top so you can open during cooking.
Transfer ham to the air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, in a small bowl mix together honey, orange juice, cinnamon and mustard powder.
When the 20 minutes is up, open up the ham and brush the sweet glaze all over the ham. Then close up the foil and air fry for another 15 minutes. until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F / 60 degrees C.
Open the foil and air fryer ham for a further 5 - 8 minutes or until glaze is nicely golden brown brown.
Remove from air fryer and let the ham rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Notes
Make sure to take the whole cooked ham out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
It's important that your ham fits comfortably in the air fryer and does not touch the heating element. If this is the case, you might need to slice off some bits of the ham to make it fit.
It is best to cook the ham in aluminum foil for part of the air frying so that it remains juicy and does not dry out.
Note that thinner flatter hams will cook quicker than the rounder, deeper hams.
Make sure that there is enough space for the air to circulate all around and properly cook the ham.
Feel free to score the ham by making criss-cross cuts in the surface of the ham so it crisps up nicely.
Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to a week.
