  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F / 220 degrees C / gas mark 8.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine frozen brussels sprouts and olive oil.
  • Arrange the frozen brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Place the sheet pan on the top rack of the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking sheet pan from the oven, shake or turn the sprouts and sprinkle the roasted frozen brussel sprouts with seasoning.
  • Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes (depending on how crispy you like them).

Notes

  • You can cook frozen brussels sprouts without thawing them first.
  • If the frozen sprouts have a thick layer of ice, you can run them under cool water for a few seconds. Pat them with paper towels to remove excess moisture before continuing the recipe.
  • Use your favorite seasonings to make this recipe easy.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • Storage - keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
  • There is 1 WW Blue Plan SmartPoint in one serving of this.
