Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
Gently toss shrimp in a small bowl with the avocado oil and Old Bay seasoning
Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise, and wrap one half of the bacon around each of the shrimp. Secure with toothpick
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked all the way through.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes
Pat shrimp dry using a paper towel before wrapping bacon strips around them for cooking.
Choose the same sized shrimp so they cook at the same rate.
Put the wrapped shrimp in the air fryer seam side down.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Arrange shrimp in a single layer with space between them on the air fryer tray. Cook any remaining shrimp in the next batch.
Different air fryers operate slightly differently. Air fryer cooking times are an estimate, so it’s important to check your food for doneness and adjust as needed.
Storage - Wrap the cold bacon around the raw shrimp and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking.
