  • 8 medium corn tortillas cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 50 g (1.8 oz) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Assemble the Cadbury crème egg nachos

  • Caramel sauce
  • 90 g (3 oz) Mini chocolate eggs
  • 4 Cadbury crème eggs sliced

Instructions

Make the sugar vanilla tortilla:

  • Preheat the oven to fan-assisted 180C / 200c / 400F / gas 6 and line a few oven trays
  • Add the tortilla wedges into a bowls with the butter, vanilla and sugar and mix until combined.
  • Lay the cut wedges onto the tray in a single layer and bake these in batches for 6 mins.
  • Make sure to turn the nachos half way through baking.
  • When done take the nachos out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.

Assemble the Cadbury Crème Egg nachos:

  • For the nachos: pile the tortilla chips onto 2 separate plates. Top with the fruit, then drizzle with the chocolate sauce. If the chocolate sauce won't pour easily, try warming it in the microwave for 15 seconds, then stir and pour. Top the nachos with whipped cream and a sprinkle of leftover cinnamon-sugar. Enjoy immediately.
