How to make banana bread in an easy peasy way.

self-raising flour

over ripe bananas
pureed

Greek yoghurt

caster sugar

melted butter

baking powder

tsp
ground nutmeg

tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to fan assisted 140C / 160C / 320F / gas 3 and prepare a 2lb loaf tin.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 1 hr or until a skewer inserted into the banana bread comes out clean.
Transfer to a rack to cool completely before serving.
