Ingredients

  • 1 L (4 cups) of ginger beer, sugar free
  • ½ a cucumber sliced
  • 2 spring of rosemary slightly crushed
  • Ice and Extra rosemary sprigs, to serve

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a jug and stir
  • Cover and refrigerate for between 2-4 hours.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with extra rosemary sprigs.
