Grilled Mackerel Fillets – My Top Tip
My top tip for making these grilled mackerel fillets is to use a fish grill, especially when cooking the mackerel on the BBQ. It keeps the food together and stops it from sticking to the barbecue grill. Plus, it just makes the whole process much, much easier.
