Chorizo and Mushroom Stew and Cooking with the Multicooker Redmond RMC-M90E
An easy chorizo and mushroom stew made in the Multicooker Redmond RMC-M90E
Cook Time 40 minutes minutes
Servings 4
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 leek finely sliced
- 2 carrot chopped
- 100 g chorizo sliced
- 250 g chestnut mushrooms
- 400 g tin borlotti beans drained and rinsed
- 2-3 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 650 ml hot chicken sauce
- Fresh coriander (cilantro) to garnish (optional)
Set the Muticooker to fry for 10 mins and add the olive oil
Stir in the leeks and carrots, cover it and let them cook for 6 mins.
Then stir in the chorizo and mushrooms, close the lid again and fry for the remaining 4 mins.
Open the Multicooker and add in all the rest of the ingredients.
Close the lid, set it to stew for 30 mins and leave it to cook.
Switch it off when the programme finishes (you will hear a beep), serve out the stew garnished with coriander if using and enjoy.
