Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and then serve.

For this you can use either fresh blackberries when you have them available but if not frozen blackberries work a treat.
I prefer very thick smoothies so I use 1/2 cup (120ml) of milk. However please feel free to add up to another half a cup if you want a more liquid drink.
Make sure to only use ripe bananas – this is best for sweetness and easy blending.
Use a high powered blender if starting with frozen fruits.
