Peach and Ham Salad
This easy peach and ham salad is perfect for summer.

- 3 large handfuls of mixed salad leaves
- 2 ripe peaches
- 4 thin slices of Parma ham or prosciutto
- Optional extras - toasted nuts cheese etc
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
Add salad leaves into a bowl.
Halve and remove stone from peaches and cut into bite sized wedges and add to bowl.
Tear the Parma ham into bite sized pieces and add to bowl along with any extras and toss well.
Drizzle on some balsamic vinaigrette and serve with some crusty bread.
