Peach and Ham Salad

This easy peach and ham salad is perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 large handfuls of mixed salad leaves
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 4 thin slices of Parma ham or prosciutto
  • Optional extras - toasted nuts cheese etc
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Add salad leaves into a bowl.
  • Halve and remove stone from peaches and cut into bite sized wedges and add to bowl.
  • Tear the Parma ham into bite sized pieces and add to bowl along with any extras and toss well.
  • Drizzle on some balsamic vinaigrette and serve with some crusty bread.
