Banana Smoothie

This creamy yoghurt and banana smoothie is lifted up with a dash of ground cardamom.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom or to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
  • Honey to taste optional

Instructions

  • Peel bananas, break into large chunks and put them in a blender.
  • Add in all the other ingredients and whizz up.
  • Pour into glasses and sprinkle some ground cardamom on top.
  • Enjoy.

Notes

Add more milk if you would like your smoothie less thick.
