This creamy yoghurt and banana smoothie is lifted up with a dash of ground cardamom.

Ingredients

large ripe bananas

tsp
ground cardamom or to taste

tsp
lemon juice

(1 cup) milk

(1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
Honey to taste
optional
Instructions
Peel bananas, break into large chunks and put them in a blender.
Add in all the other ingredients and whizz up.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle some ground cardamom on top.
Enjoy.
Notes
Add more milk if you would like your smoothie less thick.
