How to Make Campfire Corn (or BBQ Grilled corn)
Light your campfire or grill to medium heat.
Spray the corn with a little olive oil spray or lightly rub on some olive oil.
Grill the corn over the campfire or grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, turning regularly until the corn is cooked and charred, make sure to turn it every few minutes.
When done take it off the grill and serve topped with some extra salt, lemon zest and chopped cilantro.
Notes
Make sure the corn is dry before spraying with cooking spray.
If you don't have a cooking spray you can use olive oil but this will increase the calorie count of the portion.
Turn the corn a couple of times during cooking so that they cook evenly.
