Baked Wild Salmon Patties
These Baked Salmon Patties are flaky and tender inside and delightfully crispy outside.
- 2 tins of wild Alaska red salmon
- 3 tbsp cilantro (coriander), chopped
- 3 green onion (spring onions), finely minced
- 1 tbsp mild thai curry paste
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 375 F / 190 C / gas 5.
Open the salmon tins, drain and remove any bones (you can also leave them in if you prefer. I personally like the bones).
Add to bowl along with rest of ingredients.
Mix and form into 6 uniformly sized patties.
Place on baking tray and spray lightly with low calorie spray.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
