Air Fryer & Campfire Nutella Smores

A tasty twist on the summer classic that you can enjoy all year long!

Ingredients

  • 4 graham crackers cut in half (or 8 biscuits of your choice)
  • 4 jumbo marshmallows if really jumbo, then use 2 cut in half
  • Strawberries and Raspberries
  • 4 tsp of Nutella

Instructions

Air Fryer Smores:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 F / 180 C.
  • Place 4 graham cracker halves (or 4 biscuits) in the air fryer basket.
  • Put 1 marshmallow on top of each graham cracker half.
  • Cook for 5 mins, till marshmallow is nice and golden.
  • Add the berries and the Nutella.
  • Top each with a graham cracker half (or biscuit).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Grill and Campfire Smores

  • Toast the 4 marshmallows over open flame or grill till golden.
  • Place 1 toasted marshmallow on top of a graham cracker half (or biscuit).
  • Then layer on the berries and Nutella.
  • Top with another graham cracker half (or biscuit).
  • Serve and enjoy!
